I have spent my career bridging the gap between strategy and execution, working with global teams and senior leaders. My expertise spans workforce culture, corporate learning, digital transformation, and change management.
My background includes working with C-suite leaders, managing international programs, and leading strategic initiatives that align technology, learning, and business goals. My work is driven by a deep understanding of how organizations operate in complex, fast-moving environments, and how they can adapt to evolving ways of working.
Currently, I serve as Senior Education Alliance Manager at Trimble Inc, where I develop global strategies that drive business growth and learning innovation. I have led initiatives in Go-to-Market strategy, partnership development, and digital learning adoption, transforming how organizations leverage education as a strategic tool. Prior to this, I shaped workforce learning programs, managed large-scale technology integrations, and played a key role in advancing Trimble’s digital transformation efforts, earning recognition from senior leadership.
Before moving into the corporate world, I worked in education and technology, designing digital learning experiences, curriculum strategies, and workforce development programs. My experience spans roles in both industry and academia, giving me a unique ability to bridge theory and practice. Alongside my corporate work, I hold a Doctor of Education degree, where my research focused on the real-world implications of remote work—insights that directly inform my speaking, consulting, and writing today.
When I’m not researching remote work or speaking on workforce strategy, I’m enjoying Colorado’s outdoors—hiking, skiing, and exploring with my family. I also have a deep love for music and a curiosity for new ideas, whether through reading, writing, or the occasional philosophical debate.
